Luxurious facilities, fine view, delicious breakfast and dinner, professional and helpful staff, safe area, wonderful fitness room.

Nothing could have been better.

As adventure travelers, we were impressed with the variety of facilities and activities available at this hotel. The two restaurants, Brazilian and Japanese, provided delicious dining options. The club bar on the seventh floor offered a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy happy hour with hors d'oeuvres and drinks. The hotel's location near the lagoon provided a stunning view, and the pool was a perfect place to unwind. The staff's knowledge and good English, along with their exceptional customer service, made our stay even more enjoyable.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.

I felt warmly welcomed by the staff. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were superb. They even had parking available. The location in the upscale Barra neighborhood of this city was perfect, offering a peaceful atmosphere and being near a beautiful park. And let's not forget about the breakfast, of high quality and had a good variety of options.

The breakfast is high quality. The Japanese restaurant is recommended for dinner. The facilities are faultless. The staff are helpful.

This hotel exceeded all my luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities provided were stupendous, from the sumptuous breakfast to the world-class Spa & wellness center. the location advantage was mesmerizing with the stunning beach access and the live entertainment. the heated swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect highlights. I loved the private facilities and the room advantages which were truly unique and bespoke. This hotel truly impressed me with its exceptional service and hospitality.

The only minor issue I found was the slow check-in process which could improve.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt in Rio. The room I stayed in had a fine view of the sea, and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary yoga and stretching classes, and the fitness facility was great. The private beach was a huge plus, with chairs, parasols, and even food and drink service available. The concierge service were really good too help us, especially when our suitcase went missing. The spa experience was fantastic, from the excellent massage to the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for its safety, amenities, and convenient location.

The hotel had a beautiful location with fine views of the surrounding nature. The food at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and delicious flavors. The pools and other amenities were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

There were a few issues , such as having to pay for certain amenities that should have been included, and the lack of assistance with luggage upon arrival. some facilities like the lagoon tour and Japanese restaurant were not available.

The hotel is located in a touristy area in Rio, directly across from the beach. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are great. The service is top-notch and the breakfast is wonderful. The hotel offers a pool, fitness gym, and a bar that is helpful. The concierge is fantastic and there are two excellent shopping centers nearby.

The hotel is a bit far from restaurants, shops, and attractions.
